EXERCISING
Exercising is what I am known for, and I love to be active. As a golf trainer, I am used to gathering every one of the misplaced balls in every corner of the golf course. On some days, I sweat like crazy after picking up the balls. Sometimes the people hitting them have such bad aim! I live in California and it doesn’t normally get too hot around here. Not long after I became a golf trainer, my family moved to Florida. I cannot even express in words how hot it can get in the summertime! On some days the temperature reaches over one hundred! Maybe I am overreacting a little bit, but it sure feels that way! Because I am not used to the heat, it makes my job a lot harder. On some days I don’t even have the motivation to step outside. Something must be wrong with me, because there has never been a time where I didn’t get enjoyment out of exercising. Many people think that being a golf trainer is easy, and believe me when I say that they can never be more wrong. Here in Florida it can be such a pain in the neck! I am under the hot sun for eight hours of the day, sweating even before I start training, and my clients are always complaining that they are not taught well enough. I am so stressed out that I think I will quit. My only resort left is to go to the gym, and forget any type of activity that involves standing outside.
